Report
The Advent period is somewhat different from the rest of the year. Advent offers the opportunity for quiet reflection and joyful anticipation. Everyone is waiting for something or someone. Those of faith await the birth of the Savior Jesus, while many families eagerly anticipate coming together.
Here within the institution’s walls, we endeavor to direct the children’s attention towards the anticipation of the holiday season. Thanks to the Kindergarten Contest organized by the Rákóczi Association, the days leading up to the holidays were filled with meaningful activities. We crafted Advent wreaths, allowing each child to individually select what they wanted to place on their wreath. It was a delight to watch the little diligent hands decorate their own wreaths, which they could take home in the afternoon.
The room was always filled with Christmas music. Everyone had a great time, and the atmosphere was filled with cheer, laughter and the spirit of holiday preparation throughout December.
We hope that next year we can also spend such wonderful occasions together.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
